I am a 4th-year PhD student in computer science at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), advised by Prof. Misha Kazhdan. I work in computer graphics with a focus on geometry processing and surface reconstruction.

My recent work develops an extrinsic vector-field discretization that is continuous and pointwise evaluatable, with bounded derivatives. I am also interested in adaptive, hierarchical representations, where I developed a multigrid-style solver for surface reconstruction from unoriented point clouds.

Before starting my PhD, I received a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2020) and an M.S.E. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University (2023). There, I had the good fortune to work with Prof. Huai Sun, Prof. Guang Lin, and Prof. Xiaolin Huang on machine learning and computational chemistry.

I am looking for a Summer 2027 research internship in geometry processing and 3D reconstruction. Feel free to reach out!
